Stage 1 - Equipment audit - includes bar-coding
Stage 2 – Criticality rating of equipment and backup plan
Stage 3 – Maintenance management plan – includes PM and Breakdown maintenance and spares inventory.
Stage 4 - Compliance management plan – includes calibration

Calibration Facility:

DIGICAL Calibration laboratory situated at Kumbalkodu in mysore road facilitates with Cutting edge imported calibration instruments, highly trained professional calibration Engineers and a reliable process to deliver our promises, which will be fully functional from Jan 2010.

Our calibration lab has the capabilities in Temperature, Pressure, and Mass, Volume, Humidity and Electrical parameters. All calibrations are fully traceable to International Standards. Apart from this, an Engineers team is dedicated for the onsite calibration and validation.

  • Calibration of probes, reader, transmitter, Thermometer, etc.,
  • Thermal mapping of incubator, cold room, warm room, freezer, etc.

Pressure:
