One of our customers had a Batching System for their plant. One was for liquid Section ( Chemical plant ) and the other was for powder section

Powder Batching system

As per product batch recipe there were 7 No’s of raw materials to be used for a batch maximum, these may change for different recopies. We had to design an automation for their batching system as per below quantities, as well the capacity design of storage bins as per below one batch quantity(1500Kg-2500Kg).

• We need discharge accuracy of every RM +-0.1%
• We need fully dosing discharge of R.M.as per our recipe.
• Time cycle of a batch to be defined to feed each raw material.
• Display of set value and achieved value at the screen.
• As per below recipe we want to keep at least 5 batches raw material in day hopper so plan the capacity of day storage tank/hoppers accordingly.
