Customer process description.

We want to install batching system in our first two reactors in a manner to feed liquids through drums/barrels as per recipe via single feed line and also need a cleaning system of that system while taken change over of product of different category because we can feed our all chemicals of one product via single pipeline, only the batching program will be set as per our recipe steps.

1. Close bottom valve of reactor.
2. Start charging of material A from tank by motor with the help of flow transducer as per set quantity. ( Line size required—2”)
3. Start stirrer after charging of Material A.
4. Then Heating start by thermic System .
5. Set value of temperature 80--90°C reached, Heating system will stop and not to allow the temperature fall below Low alarm. Will keep low and high alarm with heating system. and co related with cooling system.
6. Material B , charging start now from Tank/Drum with controlling quantity by flow transducer and keep temperature controlled at allow span . That is 120--150 °C. with the help of heating and cooling systems.
7. process start for mixing for 2 hour 30 minutes at permissible( 150+-2 °C.) Temperature.
8. Cooling start to drop temperature up to 70°C.
9. Then attain a set temp.70°C, started Material C , charging with controlling quantity by flow transducer and keep temperature at allow span . That is 90--100°C, with the help of heating and cooling systems.
10. 1Mixing at Temperature 90--100°C, for 1 hour 30 minutes
11. Start cooling to 50°C Temperature.
12. Alarm of cycle complete and open Discharge valve.
