SS316 L Containers for Aseptic Processes
Bins and Containers for Aseptic Processes and powder handling needs to be designed with zero dead legs. The shoulders have to be optimized for powder flow as any product retention will cause severe compromises in Sterility of the process.
Automed Systems supplies Bins and Containers with Triclamp Openings and with integrated aseptic valves at the bottom of the vessels. These containers are also supplied without the valves for the process involving an open loop charging.
These containers are tested to very high standards of Integrity and tested under both vacuum and pressurised environment. The containers have also been tested for drying capability using Vacuum.
The bottom Valves can be directly connected to the drain and the valves can be controlled from the PLC of the machine.
Sizes Available: 30, 50 and 100 Litres.
Trolleys used for both transporting and also for docking onto an equipment are optionally provided as accessories.
A hand wheel integrated with a screw rod controls the movement with 5mm and 10mm distance for each turn.
