Most common and economical racking system, provides safe and 100% selective storage, utilizing space optimally. Suits any pallet size or weight. Suitable for all types of lifter and movers.
Double Deep is similar to selective racking; but pallets are now stored two rows deep instead of one. This type of racking therefore requires specialised pallet handling equipment. The most common forklift used for double-deep handing is a reach truck.
Another Option is articulated forklifts which are able to work in double deep narrow aisles while still doing the job of a counter balance.
Automed designs its high density storage solution in a continuous row type with no aisle in between. These designs can store up to 75% more pallets than the conventional pallet racking. Loading and unloading facilitated by MHEs, which can drive into the racks.
Mobile rack is assembled by the fixed rack installed on mobile chassis at the bottom. Every rack is independent with a separate transmission equipment. For lighter loads, manual mobile racks is a better option. For very heavy loads, the mobile racks are equipped with motorized bases.
